Premier League Players to Look Forward to In 2019/20 With Bogoljub Karic

Soccer

It has only been a month since the Premier League finished but already it feels like years and my buddy Bogoljub Karic and I have been struggling without our weekly football installment. To remedy this we have been looking ahead to the upcoming campaign and that has so far kept the wolves at bay. And so today we are going to look into which players we are most excited to see in the coming season, take a look and see if you agree with our picks.

James Madison

Leicester’s James Madison was a real stand out performer last year and he managed to nail down a first team place with the Foxes. In the coming season however, Madison will be a year older, and a year wiser and we can’t wait to see what he begins to produce. Brendan Rodgers being at the helm will help out Madison immeasurably and we expect to see a more efficient and more exciting player this season.

Trent Alexander-Arnold

Liverpool’s Alexander-Arnold is one of the most exciting players in Europe right now and what is scary is that he hasn’t even touched his potential yet. This year Liverpool will be even better than last year and so too will Trent, the pacy right back with one of the best deliveries in the game. Alexander-Arnold really does have it all and we can’t wait to see what he produces this season.

Phil Foden

Phil Foden must have been feeling pretty bad after the success of his former youth teammate Jadon Sancho at Dortmund last year. Foden is the same age and arguably has better ability, but had his playing time limited last year. With the departure of David Silva and potentially Leroy Sane, Foden will have a chance in Man City colors to show what he is capable of . Foden played well for England U-21s this year and that will bode well for next season. Foden could well be one of England’s brightest hopes and we cannot wait to watch him this season.

Marcus Rashford

Rashford has been a steady performer at United but his ability promises so much more than that and we expect to see more of it this season. Rashford looks like he’ll be playing in a partnership under Solskjaer this season and that means that he has a great chance to show the world what he can do. Rashford is pacy and his finishing is incredible, let’s hope he shows more of what he is capable of in the coming season.

Son Heung-Min

South Korean Son Heung-Min’s ability is clear for all to see and the last 2 seasons he has been brilliant for Spurs. We believe however that there is even more to come from Son and there is no reason why this man can’t have a 25 goal season at Spurs. If Pochettino can get his tactics right then this could be the year that Son pushes for the PFA player of the year award.
